I was always skeptical about realtors just trying to sell you a house to get paid. Brianna Huynh changed my outlook on realtors. Always supportive and helpful sending her houses out of the blue to look at and she always made time even if it didn’t look the best. Always gave us facts and showed us things about homes I had no idea about and helped us steer clear of some disaster houses. If she didn’t have an answer readily available she would get one and tell us asap.

Brianna was so helpful finding us our home. When there was a possibility of us not getting the home we wanted she offered other options. She did everything she could to help us get the home of our dreams!! So happy we found her.

Working with Brianna was an amazing experience! We were purchasing our first home and working with a realtor can be a bit intimidating. But Brianna changed that for us! She went above and beyond! Brianna was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding with us. We were first time home buyers who knew nothing and were on a tight deadline to buy a house before our current lease expired. She went above and beyond the call of duty as a real estate agent and was super motivated to schedule showings, negotiate with sellers to get us good deals and helped us write competitive offers. Brianna responded to texts/calls at all hours of the day and evening and seemed to know almost everyone in the real estate business so she always had the inside scoop. She pointed out defects and benefits of the houses during showings and seemed very knowledgeable about house maintenance, inspection and repair. She had a contractor, vender, bank, or lawyer available for everything we needed when we didn't know who to hire and even made the phone calls to them to get quotes and make appointments. She coordinated with everyone on our behalf for a timely closing. She scheduled our house inspection, septic inspection/pumping and attended the appointments and appraisals to advocate for us. She negotiated a huge credit at closing for defects found on the roof and got us a great quote to get it replaced. Also during the final walk through she found that part of the heating system had broken since the inspection and got us a quote and credit at closing that same day (within hours!) to get the heating system fixed! I couldn't imagine working with anyone else after Bri and I highly recommend her!

I purchased a multifamily property in Albany and Brianna was the best agent I have ever worked with. Many times I wasn't sure if the deal would happen because of obstacles with the bank and other issues but she was there every step of the way to help me through the process. Even after we closed she has helped me with my rental properties. I will never use any one else than her again. Highly recommend her for any real estate.

Brianna is an awesome realtor! She showed me rental units all within my price range and always advocated for me. Last minute I realized I had gotten the address of my job wrong and she quickly changed gears and found several new options for me. She’s the best! Highly recommend working with her. The listing agent gave us the wrong keys and she kept calling because I really liked the pictures of this unit and she pushed until we got to see the unit. I was only in Albany for a short time, so I couldn’t make it but she took videos to help me tour the apt. The video was so good it felt like I was at the apartment checking for everything I cared about in a unit to live in. I would definitely work with her again.

From our first phone call we could tell that Brianna was motivated to help us find a home. It took a while and she was there the whole way to find our new home. Brianna was always just a phone call or text message away. She kept us informed about homes she found that fit our requests. Working with Brianna was the best decision I have made! Being a first time home buyer I was hesitant and anxious to get started. Realistically, I had no clue where to begin.
